Business Development Director.

Huge-Fam began operations in 2012 born from the inspiration to build a Catering Business providing a full range of superior culinary services. Huge-Fam is a 3rd generation enterprise with deep roots in Vietnam. Our journey began as a large-scale agricultural producer in Dong Nai province specializing in the production of livestock and rice. From there, My Mother Restaurant was launched and has become a popular destination for fine dining in District 1, HCMC. Huge-Fam follows on the success of My Mother and benefits from the knowledge and expertise that we have in fine-dining and farming.

You will work with the CEO and other departments on business development. You will be in charge of the Bizman Sky (Bistro) and Cowboy Zone Cafe (Coffee Shop and Take Away) (member at Huge-Fam)

– Build business plan and execution plan to expand the market/ business activities;

– Create effective business plans to generate more revenue and improve customers’ satisfaction;

– Research new markets and predict customers’ future needs;

– Actively identify and generate prospects through sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets;

– Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner;

– Negotiate cooperation package with supplier and partner;

– In charge of Sales team and Marketing team to achieve business goals;

– Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development;

– Identify organizational strategic goals, build key accounts relationship, and identify business opportunities;

– Perform forecasting analysis revenue and present the results to BODs per month.    

II. Requirements:

– University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or another related field;

– Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain;

– At least 5 years' experience in Business Development or Marketing;

– Strong communication and interpersonal skill;

– Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;

– Open and direct, trust worthy, loyal and is ethical.
