Cowboy Zone Cafe | Area Manager (Coffee Chains & Take Away)

Cowboy Cafe team is currently searching for an Area Manager (AM) to oversee the growth and operation of Huge-Fam's coffee and takeaway chain. Area Manager (AM) will be critical for strategic planning, team management, cost and inventory control, and overseeing all aspects of the Cowboy Cafe chains.

1. Planning & Operation

– Ensure the new store expansion meet year plan;

– Develop operations plans to achieve targets;

– Control operations budget and cost, optimize returns on assets, increase sales and improve profits;

– Oversee and ensure operation and service of all stores are delivered and strictly followed at highest standard;

– Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner;

– Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development.

2. People Management

– Manage performance evaluation for employees according to the evaluation schedule;

– Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching;

– Coordinate with Training Team to build training & development plan for Operations team;

– To operate within efficient headcount budgets for each season, tracking appropriate labor cost.

II. Requirements:

– University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or another related field;

– Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain;

– Strong leadership skill to motivate and develop people;

– Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization;

– Experience: 2-3 years’ experience as Area Manager or higher with knowledge and insight in experience in F&B chains is a plus;
