ABOUT THE JOB
MIBS - Event & Communication Agency, a member of Emmaus-Group, MIBS was set up with the aim of being innovative to provide effective solutions to our clients' problems. We are a professional firm staffed with passionate and credible managers, professionals, and consultants, specializing in Event Management and Strategic Communications. We are seeking a Account Director position to join our talented team; Manage and strategically developing and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects.

ROLES
– Be responsible for managing, strategically developing and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch)
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, on the brief and on budget
– Ensure that each project is delivered to its maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross-selling are identified
– Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized
– Pitch for new business and taking the lead on
– Prepare Presentation and pitch for business
– Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient
– Build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients
– Develop networks at events and trade show to identify opportunities and develop business across the business' portfolio of services
– Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients' projects
– Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales
– Manage tradeshow-related and customer events
– Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company
– Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations
– Manage promotional campaigns related to events
– Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATION
– 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Preference will be given to candidates who can write proposals.

Salary & Allowances
– Salary: Annual income: 50.000$ (Salary + incentive)
– 13th-month Salary with 02 months salary for personal target and more; Quarterly bonus based on company performance; Entitled to a bonus fund of 10% company profit

– Annual leaves: 12-15 days/year (based on levels)

– Laptop, screen and other needed facilities/accounts/tools for work
– Working-trip allowance
– Support transportation from Director and above (based on position)
