Huge-Fam - F&B Company, a member of Emmaus-Group. Since the beginning, we have been affirming our position as a professional, reliable, and meticulous provider of culinary services in Vietnam. We currently own and operate the following brands: Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge, Cowboy Zone Cafe Chain, Canteen Chain; Out services: Restaurant, Beverages, Lunch Set Office/Hospital/School; Industrial/Factory/Factory Meal; Canteen/Industrial Kitchen Construction and Operation Consultant; Organize Party/Event on request. We are seeking a Operations Manager (Brand Cowboy Zone Cafe) position to join our talented team; Operations Manager will manage the operation and development of the Cowboy Zone Cafe chains.

ROLES

1. Planning & Operation

– Ensure the new store expansion meet year plan

– Develop operations plans to achieve targets

– Control operations budget and cost, optimize returns on assets, increase sales and improve profits

– Oversee and ensure operation and service of all stores are delivered and strictly followed at highest standard

– Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner

– Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development.

2. People Management

– Manage performance evaluation for employees according to the evaluation schedule

– Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching

– Coordinate with Training Team to build training & development plan for Operations team

– To operate within efficient headcount budgets for each season, tracking appropriate labor cost.

QUALIFICATION

– Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain

– Strong leadership skill to motivate and develop people

– Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization

– Experience: 4-5 years’ experience as Area Manager or higher with knowledge and insight in experience in F&B chain is a plus.

– Salary: Competitive
– 13th-month Salary with 02 months salary for personal target and more; Quarterly bonus based on company performance; Entitled to a bonus fund of 10% company profit
